Do you know how much courage it takes to confess you’re wrong? When I was in elementary school, my household was very poor. One day, I was so hungry, I stole a friend’s lunch. The teacher who knew that, told my classmates to close their eyes and said whoever raises their hand would be forgiven. Even after that, I couldn’t raise my hand. I was sorry to my peers. My friends were crying because their hands were tired, and as time passed, it became harder to turn myself in. Admitting wrong is that hard. It’s the same for your father and I am no different.
